Course Overview
This is a hands-on course using a typical statistical process control software program in a computer laboratory setting. The student becomes familiar with a typical SPC software program while developing skills in handling variables data, charting variables data, creating histograms, charting cause and effect data, and charting Pareto data all on the computer.
