Course Overview
In this course, you focus on the relationship skills necessary to implement the strategic leadership principles explored in Nonprofit Leadership 1. You explore personal leadership styles, best practices for leading organizational change, and methods to inspire and engage various stakeholders, including Board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners and others.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify your personal leadership priorities based on your leadership style.
- Develop a plan to lead a healthy change process.
- Prepare a strategy to build an engaged and productive internal team including Board members, staff, volunteers, and founders.
- Design approaches to create strong relationships with clients,donors, funders, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Evaluate your performance as a leader and develop a personal plan for success.
