Course Overview
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) uses several different image weightings and sequences to differentiate pathologies for diagnostic purposes. This course will introduce students to pathologies in the brain, spine and upper extremities that are commonly encountered in the MRI environment. Furthermore, students will evaluate the appearance of pathological anatomy on various pulse sequences and correlate the findings with images from other imaging modalities when appropriate.
