Course Overview
Provides a hands-on opportunity to develop, measure and test his/her mediation skills in a number of trial runs. Taught by lawyers and mediators in private practice, provides the student with the knowledge of mediation as it applies in an organizational setting. Learn all aspects of mediation practice, including effective communication with the mediation room and in collaboration with lawyers and other experts.
