Course Overview
This two-day workshop is aimed at managers, non-profits, NGOs, labour (union) officials who have dealings with the media, aspiring politicians, or anyone who wants to engage reporters to attract media coverage. Participants will learn how the media operates and how to conduct an effective media interview. Karen Tankard, a communicator who has worked for the CBC, will lead the workshop.
