Covers interior finishing specifications and materials for floors, walls, ceilings and windows and the characteristics of fabrics. Student may not miss the first class. This course may be taken concurrently with INTD 1000.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify characteristics, limitations, suitability and installation methods for a variety of base-building finishes.
- Write a detailed specification for a base-building finish.
- Identify local sources for a variety of base-building finishes.
- Work together as part of a team to research and present sepcification information for a specific base-building finish.
