Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop a clear and compelling change purpose statement connected to a real initiative.
- Apply change management tools and tactics—including communication planning and resistance management—to support stakeholder adoption.
- Translate a change purpose into a practical, actionable plan with clear milestones and responsibilities.
- Design and use metrics to track adoption, progress, and success of change initiatives.
- Propose strategies to reinforce positive change and sustain long‑term results, including methods for recognizing and celebrating success.
