Course Overview
This course introduces the essential principles and practices of change management. Participants will explore the nature of organizational change, reflect on personal experiences, and learn how to define their role in driving successful transitions. Through interactive workshops, they will gain the foundational knowledge and confidence needed to lead change from any position—whether as a project lead, manager, or contributor.

- Compose a clear change purpose statement for a project or initiative.
- Analyze and evaluate stakeholder perspectives, impacts, and levels of support or resistance to prioritize engagement strategies.
- Apply effective strategies to strengthen stakeholder alignment and manage change initiatives successfully.
