In this course, students will take a hands-on approach to develop a Community Energy and Emissions Plan. Students will learn to navigate the planning process, identify funding sources, and learn to manage project consultants.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Navigate the process of creating and implementing a Community Energy and Emissions Plan (CEEP).
- Identify funding sources and strategies to develop a CEEP.
- Manage project consultants assisting with the creation of a CEEP.
- Design a CEEP that can be successfully implemented.
- Evaluate CEEP design tactics and trends..
- Integrate lessons learned from the implementation of existing CEEPs and projects into new CEEP development.
- Identify strategies to update an existing but older CEEP.
