Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

• Describe the main stages of a project lifecycle from planning to occupancy (pre-design, design, construction, occupancy phases).
• Identify the critical aspects of each phase of a construction project.
• Describe the roles of various parties involved in each construction phase.
• Describe the main terms used in scheduling projects for mass timbers.
• Describe the main stages and components in a schedule.
• Describe the field worker's scope in terms of the construction management schedules.
