Course Overview
The course provides an understanding of facilities management technologies and their business applications. Simple computer aided facilities mgmt. is introduced to enable the user to effectively mange their location, assets & maintenance operations. Topics include data planning, data collection & data maintenance as they relate to space management, management of real property & lease, furniture & equipment (asset), telecom & cable and strategic master planning, building operations, (maintenance).
