Course Overview
The International Construction Management Residential Seminars are designed to provide several key functions that are important to distance learning students. These include meeting their peers, academic tutors and student support staff, receiving lectures and tutorials from unit tutors, academics and practitioners and undertaking workshop and group work sessions.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the structure and expectations of the programme including an overview of effective study skill techniques.
- Develop higher level skills relevant to industry managers by attending of a range of lectures, seminars and workshops.
- Gain up-to date insight and information concerning current issues and developments in the construction industry.
- Gain insight into current research issues.
- Develop team working skills in sessions relating to specific areas of the programme.
- Develop their presentation skills.
