It covers key topics such as: Procurement strategies and activities; Modern IT systems and technological adaptations; Global sourcing vs. onshoring; Value procurement and contract management. You'll also examine best practices for different sectors, including capital, manufacturing, services, project, retail, and public sector procurement.
