Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Use legal research tools to find current updates to statutes and regulations.
- Research judgements related to sections within statutes and regulations, and key legal concepts related to sustainable resource management.
- Prepare case briefs of court and administrative board decisions.
- Discuss the significance of recent decisions that directly impact day to day work activities in sustainable resource management.
- Discuss relevant legislation related to Sustainable Resource Management.
