Course Overview

This course introduces students to the principles of electricity, electrical schematics, diagnostic tools andprocedures, power sources, and hybrid and electric vehicle safety.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Interpret Basic Wiring and Electrical Systems
Diagnose and Service 12-Volt Batteries
Implement Safety Protocols for Hybrid & Electric Vehicles
Describe Electronic Circuits
Repair Lighting Systems
Use Advanced Electrical Test Equipment
