Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:
- Have knowledge of the hazards and dangers of working with high-power electric drive and battery systems.
- Identify and understand the basic functions of electric vehicle components.
- Understand different battery and electric motor technologies.
- Understand the different performance characteristics between gasoline and electric drive trains.
- Make an educated decision whether to buy a new production electric vehicle or convert a gas vehicle.
