This course involves personal research in a technology and the development of technical apparatus to introduce the technology to public school Technology Education students. It may involve the use of electronics, wood or metal manufacturing, mechanical or computer based systems. Students will produce a tangible product which may include models, prototypes and appropriate learning materials. Students must have a proposal approved before registering in TTED 5080.
- Completion of BCIT's Technology Teacher Education program diploma, OR a comparable Tech Ed teacher training program, OR currently teaching one or more Technology Education courses in BC's middle or high school system. Students must have a proposal approved before registering in TTED 5080.
