Course details

Through presentations from seasoned construction professionals, participants will gain knowledge of strategies and construction techniques that have been used on a variety of construction projects. Experts representing project managers, engineers, consultants and contractors will present both technical and managerial challenges and solutions.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Analyze the issues related to the topics discussed in the presentation.
  • Summarize the oral presentations in written form.
  • Distinguish a wide array of construction projects characteristics as presented by practising professionals.
  • Perform the duties of the audience in a seminar.
