Course Overview
This course covers measurement and pricing of various items of work (concrete, structural steel, wood framing, roofing, and finishes), pricing of work using productivity references, supplier and subcontractor bids, and own-forces cost. Green material alternatives are presented and their effect on construction estimating is discussed.

At the end of this course the student will be able to:

- Division 5 - Structural Steel
- Division 6 - Rough Carpentry
- Division 7 - Roofing
- Division 9 - Gypsum Board
- Use Cost References and Cost Accounting techniques to determine unit prices for various items of work.
