Course Overview
Increasingly, employers are seeking personnel at all levels in the organization who have the demonstrated ability to communicate well, to both speak and interact with others in a way which is clear, facilitative and promotes understanding and support in our working relationships. This course will provide a strong foundation for the required basic skills and promote the development of more advanced skills for continued success.

Learning Outcomes
As a result of satisfactory completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate conceptual understanding of communication and factors associated with a variety of interpersonal contexts.
- Demonstrate skill in audience-conscious speaking and active listening
- Demonstrate the presentation and organization skills associated with presenting in a group, a team, and as an individual.
- Demonstrate the ability to give, receive, and utilize feedback.
