Course Overview
Professional Development Day event - a full day of adventure - open to all industries. Participants range from tourism/travel industry to professional firms, financial/insurance services, health care, transportation, utilities, government, entrepreneurs and helpdesk/ telecommunication industry. Participants attend four one-hour training workshops. Everyone is welcome!

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify key strategies for lifelong career planning and advancement.
- Analyse the meaning of "success" from your own perspective.
- Use improvisational techniques to prepare for and react to change.
- Respond positively and proactively to clients and customers who are under stress.
