Course Overview
Provides the opportunity to prepare for work in the call centre industry and to gain job shadow experience. Job shadow work sites are provided by employers who have agreed to participate in the call centre program at BCIT. Successful completion of this course depends upon a formal performance assessment by the sponsoring employer.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the student should be able to:
- Evaluate individual skills for a specific call centre context.
- Objectively assess his/her skills, interests, values and career goals.
- Determine which types of call centres and call centre positions best match his/her unique mix of skills, interests, values and career goals.
- Produce an effective, targeted, call centre resume.
- Conduct an effective call centre job interview.
