Course Overview
This course introduces students to the administrative skills, knowledge, and practice necessary to contribute to the operation of an efficient shop. Areas of study include staff responsibilities/roles within a service facility, service department operations, forms and procedures, customer relations and service information systems utilization. This course also provides students with the practical skills required to find employment. Topics covered include resume and cover letter preparation and job search strategies.
