Course details

Provides practical and theoretical information required to inspect existing houses for visible defects. It is the first of a series of courses that meet the academic requirements for house inspection.

Prerequisite(s)

  • English 12 "50% (Pass)" or equivalent www.bcit.ca/admission/upgrading/englishproficiency.shtml or COMM 0015 score of 50 or better.
