Course Overview
Gives students a working knowledge of Part 9 of the 1998 BC Building Code for single family dwellings and accessory buildings. Prepares students to check plans, inspect buildings and deal with questions relating to Part 9 of the BC Building Code. Covers acceptable materials, systems, and methods used in housing construction. Students must bring BC Building Code to the first class.
