Course Overview
This course provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of automotive science, customer service, business operations, and workplace communication. Students will build foundational technical knowledge and develop practical industry skills in areas such as sales, customer relations, and automotive business management. In addition, the course emphasizes employment readiness and equips students with the tools and strategies needed to succeed in the workplace. It also prepares students for SkilledTradesBC) SLE examinations.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop foundational and advanced knowledge in automotive science.
- Understand automotive business practices, service operations.
- Master interpersonal, cross-cultural, and professional communication.
- Evaluate environmental impact and analyse new technologies in the automotive service industry.
- Prepare challenge ITA Certificate of Qualification outcomes from Level 1 to Level 4.
