Course Overview
This course is designed to introduce you to best practices in coaching, mentorship, and advanced practice in medical imaging. You will be introduced to strategies in coaching and self-reflection. You will also be introduced to basic principles associated with mentorship, and its purpose in the health-care industry. The final portion of this course introduces you to advanced practice in medical imaging and you will create a professional portfolio.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:
- Compare and contrast the uses of coaching, mentorship and self-reflection in medical imaging.
- Demonstrate basic coaching skills.
- Demonstrate self-reflection.
- Illustrate the purpose of advanced practice in medical imaging.
- Discuss the principles of advanced practice.
- Discuss advanced practice roles of the MRT.
- Create a professional portfolio.
