Course Overview
Provides students with a multi-dimensional learning environment through lectures, readings, discussions, and business strategy simulation activities. Simulations and other learning activities will focus on the strategic allocation of business resources, while team-based projects will provide hands-on entrepreneurship experience needed to successfully navigate an accelerated real-world business environment.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop effective public speaking skills by delivering oral presentations (individual and team) to audiences of diverse sizes.
- Apply concepts learned in the Marketing Management diploma program to real-life business situations, in particular within the concept of strategic marketing planning.
- Formulate and apply realistic, quantifiable business objectives, strategies and tactics.
- Explain the strategic decision-making process.
- Examine selective techniques, which aid in strategic decision-making.
- Integrate theoretical concepts with practical strategic problems.
- Explain and illustrate group decision-making dynamics.
- Identify and apply the strategic concepts learned in other courses in a competitive business environment.
- Recognize and plan the impact of strategy and tactics as they apply to corporate resources.
