Course Overview
This new contemporary one day workshop will develop innovative skills in strategic evaluation, strategic repositioning, organizational restructuring and performance evaluation ensuring ongoing adaptation to environmental changes. Development of these advanced management skills are most valuable for managers at all levels and owners of Small and Medium sized businesses. Students will develop individual Performance Improvement Programs under peer review for their own organizations and link this Program to a revised set of Evaluation criteria for monitoring purposes.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop the tools to provide a Strategic Evaluation of an organization’s current situation.
- Evaluate ongoing strategic alternatives which refocus resource allocation on revised goals and new initiatives.
- Produce a Performance Improvement Program to ensure the success of the new direction.
- Develop an outline for a Management Information System to match the revised Performance Evaluation Criteria with revised goals and objectives.
