Course Overview
The management of corporate operations requires that the management team effectively manage cash flow and risk. As part of their responsibilities, construction managers should be able to effectively relate with internal and external stakeholders. This course will address these issues, the effective and efficient allocation of resources, and management of site and office operations with respect to legal requirements.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:
- Produce bids through effective estimating and bidding procedures.
- Assess the responsibilities of the contractor, trade contractor, owner, and engineer in a Contract.
- Recognize and interpret the contractual requirements of the CCDC2 Stipulated Price Contract.
- Organize head and site offices to effectively administer and manage construction contracts.
- Manage human resources on site.
