Energy management is a critical component of HVAC system operation. Students will gain a good understanding of the importance of energy management and various strategies employed for managing energy in heating, heat recovery and cooling systems.

- Apply energy management for measuring, metering and monitoring
- Apply energy management for automatic controls
- Apply energy management for thermal storage
- Explain the operation of heat recovery systems
- Describe thermal storage systems
