Note
Specialty work is not mass market, and is charged back at cost. Please plan your project and allow extra time for production as specialty work requires a lot of manual labour.

Poster printing
We now have a large format printer that can print posters up to 60″ wide. Cross charging for this service is $3.00/square foot. Please call us for volume discounts. We can also help design your poster. Imaging now has special poster material called “Phototex” (roll size is 42″ wide) that sticks to walls or windows – much like a Post-it Note® – eliminating the need for tacks. It saves your walls and can be reused. This is cross charged at $5.00/square foot.
We would be happy to design your poster but if you are designing it yourself please contact us regarding resolution specifications and other considerations for setting up your file.
Signage & name tags
We have various sizes and colours of engraved laminate substrates. Please contact us for more details as there are institute policies on where signage can be posted. Substrate can be used for:

Seminar, conference, & production
- Binder preparation
- Personalized envelopes for mail-outs

It is the client’s responsibility to arrange the physical mail-outs through an outside vendor by contacting Purchasing directly to access the institute standing purchase order.
