Course details
This course will introduce you to the investigation of unexplained wealth orders. You will discuss various methods of detecting unexplained wealth and then learn how to collect financial information that is useful for detecting unexplained wealth. Several investigative strategies will be discussed in relation to unexplained wealth orders in the context of various organized crime markets and corruption.

- Assess an open source unexplained wealth order by assessing the legal statutes, case law and crime theory.
- Apply crime theory to the detection of unexplained wealth.
- Apply best practices to the collection, analysis, investigation and reporting of unexplained wealth.
