Course Overview
Two major questions currently challenge managers and business owners everywhere: (1) What will the next economic recovery look like? (2) How can my organization prepare for and adapt to the changes we must face? This unique, solution focused one day workshop is designed to specifically address the challenges, opportunities, strategies and tools needed for managers at all levels to adapt to the new economic realities faced by organizations. New tools developed by the presenter will be shared with specific Strategic Adaptation Plan outlines developed under peer review for all participants. This workshop will link key success factors in the changing global economy to the dynamics of organizational adaptation through a focus on innovation, and integration of applied IT and organizational change/restructuring.
