Course details
The purpose of this course is to help students develop a set of study skills and methods that lead to student success. Some of the topics covered include: time management, effective reading, note-taking, memory, presentations, problem-solving, exam preparation, and stress management. An introduction to the services and resources available at BCIT are also covered. The course has a number of assignments and activities that reinforce the use of different strategies.
