Course Overview
This course offers a comprehensive introduction to routine NCS with a focused exploration of peripheral nerve function in both the upper and lower extremities. Learners will study the essential anatomy of peripheral nerves, including motor and sensory pathways, segmental organization, and clinically relevant anatomical landmarks.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Understand the peripheral nerve anatomy of the upper and lower extremities related to performing routine nerve conduction studies.
- Understand the techniques for conducting routine nerve conduction studies in both the upper and lower extremities.
- Understand clinical and electrophysiological patterns of mononeuropathies affecting the upper and lower limbs.
- Understand the electrodiagnostic characteristics of radiculopathies and plexopathies and distinguish between preganglionic and postganglionic lesions.
