Course Overview
Requirements and potential design solutions are core elements and key deliverables of the business analysis process. This is often iterative work that involves confirmation and modification as the project or work progresses. Therefore, requirements and subsequent designs need to be managed throughout the lifecycle from elicitation to retirement. This course covers the complete requirement lifecycle and the activities that control this process. The organization, stakeholders, solution requirements and designs must be aligned and maintained for the project to provide value. You will learn these topics through lectures, exercises and discussions, case studies and/or scenario-based problem solving, both individually and working in teams.
