Course Overview
Develop foundational plant identification skills in this field-based course focused on native plant species of BC. Stop seeing a "wall of green" and start recognizing the individual stories of the plants around you. Through hands-on experience, you'll learn how to use field guides, understand scientific names, and apply botanical terminology to identify 10+ native plants (conifers, broadleaf trees, shrubs, ferns, and herbs) in their natural habitats.
