Course Overview
Municipal leaders transitioning into management need to understand the financial and procurement frameworks that govern BC municipalities. This course provides a foundation in municipal budgeting, accounting principles, and procurement practices. Participants will develop the ability to read budgets, make informed spending decisions, and apply ethical procurement processes that ensure transparency and accountability.
