Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:
- Identify various ferrous and non-ferrous metal samples.
- Determine the approximate carbon content of various ferrous samples.
- Identify various wood samples.
- Explain the characteristics of Angiosperms and Gymnosperms.
- Identify various polymer samples.
- Explain the characteristics of thermosetting and thermoplastic polymers.
- Explain the basis for the identification of all samples.
