Course Overview
This course explores online marketing research, competitive intelligence (CI), and qualitative research methods. Topics covered include business meta-sites, online surveys, traditional and non-traditional sources of CI, analysis and reporting of CI data, qualitative research, focus groups and in-depth interviews. Experience browsing the Internet, and basic online searching skills are required.
