Course Overview
This course Covers the Canadian Electrical Code requirements for the installation, alteration, repair or maintenance of Class 2 circuits limited to rated output of 100-volt amperes. This includes installation of 120 volt branch circuit wiring for the Class 2 power supplies. This course is an eligibility requirement and prepares students to write the Class Low Energy Systems (LO) certification exam from the Technical Safety BC (www.technicalsafetybc.ca).

- Experience with Class 2 circuits.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:
- Know and find needed Sections, Rules and Tables in the code and other regulations so that students may write the Class Low Energy Systems (LO) certification exam. A statement of completion certificate will be issued to students who successfully complete the course.
