For students who possess professional qualifications in radio operator's training, but whose qualifications are not recognized in lieu of Canadian GMDSS GOC certification.
Prerequisite(s)
- Must hold a GMDSS GOC certification from an administration other than Canada; must hold a 1st or 2nd class radio operator's certificate or equivalent from any recognized national marine administration.
