Course Overview
Deals with simple programming, editing and setting up of a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) vertical machines centres. The machines used are typical of those used in industry. All programming of this course will be compatible with the CNC controls commonly used on a variety of machining centres. This course is approximately 40% theory and 60% hands-on. The hands-on includes entering and editing of programs, setting of tools, and operation of machines.
