Course Overview
This course aligns with the Cisco 642-832 (CCNP - TSHOOT) certification exam and provides training for students plan and perform regular maintenance on complex enterprise routed and switched networks. Students learn to use technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform network troubleshooting.
