Course Overview
Begins with a brief review of MS Excel concepts covered in introductory computer application courses. From there the course explores advanced Excel commands commonly used in business applications and problems. Topics include; What-if modeling; Built-in functions; Charting and transferring data to and across applications.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Use correct terminology for spreadsheet applications.
- Solve financial/business problems using related functions.
- Organize data lists using filters and pivot tables.
- Use statistical functions to describe data.
- Use MS Excel to create and manipulate simple financial models.
