Course Overview
Definitions and concepts of vertical control. Principle of differntial levelling; Peg test to determine good adjustment of the level; Bench Mark levelling; Checks for level circuit closures; Analysis of gross errors; Allowable error guideline; Introduction to Intermediate Fore Sights (FSs). Calculations of grades of pipes/sewerlines; profiles, cut and fill. Practical field test.
