Course Overview
This course is designed for electricians who are currently certified as a Masters Electricians in the province of Alberta and want to write an ARD exam to obtain the FSR status in British Columbia.This course will cover the Safety Standards Act of BC, the Safety Standards General Regulations, the Electrical Safety Regulations as well as as current directives and information bulletins, which are available on the BC Safety Authority website at www.safetyauthority.ca .

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Have knowledge of the overall administrative structure within which electrical work is done and inspected in British Columbia.
- Review the requirements of the Safety Standards Act of BC, the Safety Standards General Regulations, the Electrical Safety Regulations as well as current directives and information bulletins.
