Course Overview
The course provides an introduction and an overview on planning and implementation of contingencies in case of a disaster. The course intends to familiarize students with technology focused on the business aspects related to disaster recovery planning and management.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop risk management strategies according to a given situation.
- Develop a contingency plan for a given emergency situation.
- Explain the security policies as they pertain to planning for contingencies.
- Perform budgeting for contingencies.
- Perform an incident response.
- Develop a disaster recovery plan for a given emergency situation.
- Explain the concept of Incident Forensics.
