BCIT programs typically consist of 10 to 15 courses per year – a good value for your educational investment.

Average tuition cost per year for a two-year diploma program:
CAD $13,500 – CAD $19,500.

Average tuition cost per year of a full-time degree program:
CAD $16,500 – CAD $20,000.

Part-time international tuition fees

International tuition fees for part-time studies courses are 2.2 times the published domestic rate. 

International tuition fees for distance & online learning courses are 1.25 times the published domestic rate.

Cost of living

BCIT normally recommends that students have access to about CAD $1500 per month to cover all living expenses, including accommodation, transportation, food, entertainment, personal expenses and miscellaneous costs. Visit www.canlearn.ca for help in estimating your budget.

Payment dates and additional information

Tuition fees for Technology programs are due 60 days prior to term start. Tuition fees for Bachelor of Technology programs and Part-time Studies are due upon registration.
